Please follow these steps to apply for a property:
- Set up an appointment with one of our leasing agents at the property.
- Download and complete the RENTAL APPLICATION (pdf format).
- Pay application fee of $35 (cash or money order).
- Provide us with a valid photo ID.
- Provide proof of income (1 month’s worth of pay check stubs, bank deposits, Social Security income statement, or previous year’s Tax return if self employed).
We want to be flexible. But we want good tenants.
It normally takes 24-48 hours to process an application. Please be straight forward if you’ve had any evictions, bankruptcies, court judgement, and criminal background. It doesn’t mean you’ll be automatically disqualified but these are important factors. We require all adults to be on the lease. The combined monthly net income must be at least 3 times of rent.
